Thank you for your interest in Poe Family Farm for your photography session. We know you will enjoy the beauty of our fields. We kindly request that you take a moment to review the following guidelines to ensure a pleasant and safe experience.
Can we book your flower fields for a photography session?
Yes! Professional photographers can reserve our flower fields for one-hour time slots. Booking provides unlimited access to the flower fields for one client or single family.
What do I need in order to reserve a timeslot?
We require all photographers renting our farm to have business liability insurance.
What is if rains during my scheduled time slot?
If the weather isn’t cooperating, please reach out to us ahead of time. We’re happy to reschedule your appointment if it’s actively raining during your visit. We won’t be able to reschedule if it has rained previously and the ground is still damp. But don’t worry—our flower fields are easy to explore and not too muddy.
What if I need to reschedule?
You may reschedule your appointment up to one hour in advance. Please note that we do not provide refunds for cancellations or missed appointments.
Are pets allowed?
We absolutely love animals, but we kindly ask that you leave your pets at home during your visit. If you have a service animal, we’d be happy to accommodate them—just please give us a heads-up in advance so we can make sure everything goes smoothly for everyone.
Are drones allowed?
I'm sorry, but we do not allow drones on the premises.
Can we pick flowers for our shoot?
While we wish for you to enjoy the beauty of the fields during your visit, we do ask that you refrain from picking flowers or stepping on them.
